Visas

Please check the UK government website regarding the visa requirements for entering the UK. As per the Shrewsbury Summer School terms & conditions, you take full responsibility for obtaining the correct visa for your child to attend the Summer School. Shrewsbury Summer School will provide a visa support letter to help with any visa applications.

We would advise that parents/guardians travel with their child to the UK wherever possible.  

If this is not possible then you will need to make sure that you obtain the correct visa to allow your child to travel as an unaccompanied minor. Many airlines offer an unaccompanied minor travel service and this is something we would advise you to arrange with your chosen airline in plenty of time.
